I like things that come in sets. I like
sets of good pens. I like coordinating necklaces and earrings. I like fabric
“jelly rolls” where you can pick out a set of fabrics that are cut to a
specific size – all the patterns and colors of the fabrics coordinate and the
creations with them are endless.
I also love pretty things. I love the
simplicity and profoundness of phrases of Scripture written in calligraphy on a
canvas. I love the inspiration of photos of delicious foods, the depth of
emotion in really good photos, the way that a perfectly-lined and beautifully
covered journal makes me want to fill its pages with prayers and dreams and
emotion and heavy thoughts.
