How was your week? Has anyone else struggled to get out from
under your warm covers in the morning when you wake up because it’s seriously the middle of winter and I’m so over it?
Man. It’s just been one of those weeks.
And I’m reminded this week that R E S T is found in Jesus.
Jesus alone. He’s the only one who satisfies.He fills my emptiness. He erases my need for approval. He takes my
burdens. He paid my sin. He erased my shame.He gives me joy.He let’s me rest
in Him and His grace alone. In fact, he invites me in.
So this weekend, here’s some rest.Rest straight from Scripture. Rest for you.
